We have an in immediate opportunity for a Training Manager.
Our client emphasis people development, so the opportunity for Training Manager is critical to the success of the operation.
The successful Training Manager will be responsible for creating training programmes for around 1200 members of staff from operative to team leader level.
You will have an understanding of distribution / warehouse SOPS in order to develop, create and implement effective training programmes.
You will be responsible for a team of onsite training co-ordinators and will ensure they are provided with enough guidance / support to enable the implementation of the training programmes.
In order to be successful in this role, the successful Training Manager will require:
Previous training management experience
Proven track record in creating and implementing training strategies
Strong ability to influence others.
Effective at monitoring the effectiveness of training programmes created.
Relevant qualification in Training is preferred for this role.
