Here at Proactive Personnel we are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager for large manufacturing company.
They are an ever growing company and now reside in a brand new purpose built factory in the Ilkeston area.
This is a target and performance driven role for both new and existing business sales and you will also be expected to assist in the management of all quote within your specific teams control.
Duties of the role will include;
In line with this role, you will be required to agree and plan your work for the day each morning with the Lead account manager, along with regular updates on he sales reports to find new and exciting opportunities to ensure company growth.
Decision making is crucial requirement within this role as you will be expected to prioritise your work load especially during busy work periods, and making decision on clients accounts. However should circumstances arise where you feel further assistance is required your Lead Account Manager will be on hand for any further assistance or guidance.
KPI & Targets are set throughout the company an vary between different departments and will be expected to be hit on a day to day basis
This is a permanent position with a salary of - £22,500. Working day's, Monday - Friday.
