Proactive Personnel ltd are recruiting for our new office in Hanley, Stoke on Trent.
The successful candidate will ideally have some level of sales experience (cold calling, business to business or door to door). You will undertake an internal training programme to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills, working with a supportive team to introduce you to the Recruitment Industry.
This position will include:
High volume of telesales
Working to sales targets, daily, weekly and monthly
Account Management of contracts
Business Development of key accounts
Registering candidates daily
Face to face client presentation
Prospecting to conversion of new business
Working to REC code of professional practice
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, passionate, affable and have a flair for sales. You will be committed to providing a first class service to both clients and candidates alike.
You will be responsible for sourcing, placing and managing candidates into new and existing contracts. You must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills to assist in building and maintaining solid relationships at all levels.
Self-motivation is key to the role, and impeccable reliability, attendance and punctuality. A good level of education with GCSE's including English and Maths is required.
