Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced accounts administrator for a well known builders merchants in the Derby area.

The role will include providing general admin support and ensuring all paperwork/electronic processes associated with the job are completely accurately and on time.

General duties and responsibilities include;

Produce weekly report's detailing all costs, revenue and subsequent profit/loss, for both companies, clients and general customers.

Raising purchase orders

Purchase Ledger / Invoicing discrepancy investigating

Reporting to senior management

Organising post

The chosen candidate will have good PC literacy and the ability to learn and use numerous computer software programs, good knowledge of excel is a minimum. Along with this, must be able to prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision.

Working days are Monday – Friday

Salary is between £18,000, £22,000 per year depending on experience.
