You will:

  • Support the Finance Team to ensure accurate, timely accounts reporting
  • Administrating import purchase orders and ensuring compliance with HMRC
  • Reconciling purchase orders to invoices and processing them onto the system
  • Identifying invoice discrepancies or queries, progressing and resolving them with Purchasing dept. and Suppliers
  • Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with Purchase Ledger
  • Good communications skills both written and verbal
  • Keen attention to detail and the self-discipline to work to a precise level of accuracy
  • A flexible approach to roles and duties, being prepared to take on varied tasks at short notice
