- Support the Finance Team to ensure accurate, timely accounts reporting
- Administrating import purchase orders and ensuring compliance with HMRC
- Reconciling purchase orders to invoices and processing them onto the system
- Identifying invoice discrepancies or queries, progressing and resolving them with Purchasing dept. and Suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with Purchase Ledger
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail and the self-discipline to work to a precise level of accuracy
- A flexible approach to roles and duties, being prepared to take on varied tasks at short notice
