Your new role:
- To manage a designated base of key accounts, managing client relationships to retain and enhance customer experience
- Proactively identifying opportunities to add value to Key Accounts and upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Delivering comprehensive virtual presentations to clients to review accounts and clearly demonstrate ROI and potential opportunities to add value
- Providing expert insight to enhance client results through industry-leading training and market analysis
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience within managing Key Accounts in a consultative sales role
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle with a strategic approach
- Ability to build strong relationships whilst managing customer expectations
- Have a desire to succeed and progress with a hunger for excellent results
