Accounts Administrator

OUTLINE:

THE JOB ROLE:

Collecting hours from all staff who create client output
Chasing staff for receipts and matching to company credit card bills
Pulling together all invoices from suppliers
Following sign off by Directors, enter all invoices into financial management system (SAGE 50)
Send out client invoices
Resolve discrepancies between supplier quotes and invoices
Answer client invoice queries
Send out monthly statements
Update internal files and spreadsheets
Set up new suppliers/clients on SAGE 50
Using SAGE 50 prepare monthly management reports
Liaise with Industry journals regarding proof of client insertion
Check magazines for client coverage and compile required reports
Managing and booking stationary along with Hotel rooms, event venues etc
Ensure best rates and payment terms are secured
Providing quotation to clients when requested to do so by Directors or Management team
Booking press releases for clients in UK media
Diary management of Directors and management team
Ensure the content of all First Aid boxes are kept up to date
Ensure Health & Safety documents are up to speed
Open post and manage contents
Take outgoing post to post box or Post Office
Arrange couriers for outgoing parcels
Managing the meeting room diary

THE PACKAGE:

An hourly rate up to £11.50 per hour
A permanent role.
