Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for their client based in Speke.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Providing assistance with product queries, order tracking, and all general customer requests for information concerning the products
- Taking orders or order tracking queries
- Dealing with all complaints in accordance with the internal complaints procedure
- Answering non-technical queries
You will be working sociable hours 5 days out of 7 on the below rota:
Week 1 – Monday – Friday 9am -6pm (on Wednesdays we start at 8.30am and finish on Friday at 5.30pm)
Week 2 – Monday to Thursday (off Friday and Saturday) work Sunday 11am – 5pm
Week 3 – Monday in off Tuesday then in Wednesday to Saturday off Sunday (Saturday is 9.30am – 6pm)
37 hours per week – £9.50 per hour
Previous experience of working as a Customer Service Advisor is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills are a must
