Digital Marketing Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with the energy and commitment to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Digital Marketing Coordinator located in Pendeford.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the progress of various marketing activities. Your skill set should involve strong knowledge and use of the Adobe suite to design social assets and the website. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements and be able to optimize the SEO efforts will also be advantageous. You will be comfortable working on social media platforms and design platforms i.e., Canva. This is a full time, permanent position working a 37.5 hour a week contract Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 minute lunch).

The Job Role:

  • Creating, managing, and updating mailing and subscriber lists
  • Lead the design and have ownership on various projects such as the company internal & external newsletter
  • Creation of the Monthly social media Round up e-shot
  • Marketing lead for the company’s Intranet, The Hub
  • Support content creation and curation
  • Coordinating with the Marketing & External Partnerships Manager to plan and develop content for various digital platforms, video, podcasts, webinars etc
  • Monitoring and optimizing SEO
  • Assist in improving the usability, design, content traffic and conversion
  • Aid with creating reports on digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring that the company’s website is up to date and updating relevant sections
  • Assisting with the lead generation process and CRM Platform
  • Planning and implementing effective marketing campaigns
  • Raise PO’s and support budgeting activities
  • Helping the company build a strong social media presence

Experience/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • A team player as well as having the ability to work independently
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Up to date with the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing industry
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools
  • Knowledge of Canva or related design packages is advantageous
  • Familiarity with content management software such as WordPress and Campaign Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of the marketing techniques and tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Suites, InDesign etc
  • Mandatory 2-3 years of work experience in the Marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role
