A new opportunity for a German speaking Internal Sales / Customer Service Advisor to work for a well-known family run business located in Albrighton. As a Customer Service Advisor you will support customers who contact the business through a variety of customer channels, including phone, email, live- chat and Social Media channels. You will provide expert advice together with supporting customers who wish to make a purchase or who have an enquiry. The Job Role:
- 1/4 of the role speaking to German clients, 3/4 of the role speaking to UK clients
- Provide expert advice
- Provide information and advice relating to products, growing conditions, etc.
- Accurate processing of customer orders received via telephone, fax and email
- Answering the telephone promptly in a professional and friendly manner
- Generating additional sales by offering customers additional or complementary products when placing orders
- Responding to customer service enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
- Handling customer complaints courteously and professionally
- Take payments
- Arrange refunds where appropriate
- Working to achieve departmental KPI targets including sales and profit objectives
- Using company IT systems effectively and accurately maintaining company records
- Monday – Friday, contract 37.5hours, between 8.30am-6pm (30 min lunch) and 1 in 9 Saturdays on a rotation basis (8.30am-4.30pm), £23,000 per annum

Experience / Requirements:
- Ideally have experience working within customer service or as part of an internal sales team
- Must be fluent in German and confident to speak and write emails to German clients
- Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Be able to work across a variety of customer contact channels
