Proactive Personnel require Class 1 drivers to work on a guaranteed, ongoing basis for our client in Eccles, Greater Manchester. We require a driver to work afternoon shifts.
You will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of ambient foods to RDC’s nationwide. There is no handball involved and deliveries will be made on a curtain side trailer. This is a clean job!
You must have a clear understanding of HGV working time regulations. There are long shifts available and you will be responsible for keeping log of your daily/weekly rest in order to comply with industry standards.
PAYE pay rates per hour are:
- Nights – £18.06
- Saturday – £18.63
- Sunday Day – £19.81

- HGV category (C+E) entitlement
- Driver’s CPC card
- Digital Tachograph card
- 2 years C+E experience (For insurance purposes)
- Less than 6 points on licence
