Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm

Accounts department


Main Role Purpose:                       

Answering inbound calls, working alongside the accounts department to manage invoicing etc. Data Entry and general office duties.

Key Measures:                 

  • Data Entry
  • Managing invoices
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Use of Sage system
  • Accounts experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising through emails
  • Managing invoices
  • Providing support to the accounts department
  • Use of Sage system
  • Able to input data onto spreadsheets – Use of excel

Need to Have:

  • Experience of working in a sales and customer support environment.
  • Experience of meeting processing targets and working to a service level agreement.
  • Great customer service skills and experience.
  • Experience of working in a process driven, fast paced environment.
  • Strong literacy, IT and communication skills
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and organise yourself to achieve team goals.
  • Good attention to detail

Holiday entitlement – 28 days including bank holidays
