Are you an experienced Sales executive seeking a new opportunity in Solihull that offers fantastic career progression and variety day to day?

You will be joining a market-leading provider of professional services, supporting their operations and sales team in all aspects of customer service and sales support.

Working as a part of a medium sized team, you will have ongoing training and support whilst also offering autonomy and the capacity to grow and develop within your role.

Your new role:

• Following up on renewal contracts
• Following up on existing client ‘discontinued products’ to encourage part exchange and swap out deals
• Quote opportunities against a defined set of criteria
• Follow up on any leads passed through
• Support the training and transfer of knowledge related to the sales process to other functions
• Use and maintain the company CRM system
• Providing a high level of Customer Service
• Liaising with Sales Leadership & Team to share customer opportunities where appropriate

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Sales
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
