IT Support Analyst

Are you an experienced IT Support Analyst looking for a fantastic new opportunity?
Proactive Personnel are excited to be working with a thriving manufacturing business to appoint a IT Support Analyst to their long standing IT team on a full time permanent basis.
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for offering help desk and technical support services to end-users and assisting with the monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the businesses’ IT infrastructure and systems.

This post would suit an exceptional individual who has –

  • Experience within a similar IT Support role within a large business.
  • A degree or equivalent within a relevant field.
  • A strong IT Technical background.
  • An enthusiastic approach and is able to prioritise their day effectively.
  • A strong understanding and technical skills within MS Technologies.
  •  IT service desk software experience.

The IT Support Analyst will –

  • Offer help desk and technical support to end users.
  • Analyse and make suggestions to improve the Regional IT Infrastructure and systems.
  • Frequently travel between UK sites and some sites within Europe.
  • Offer remote and on-site hardware and software diagnoses and resolutions.
