Proactive Personnel are excited to be working with a thriving manufacturing business to appoint a IT Support Analyst to their long standing IT team on a full time permanent basis.
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for offering help desk and technical support services to end-users and assisting with the monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the businesses’ IT infrastructure and systems.
This post would suit an exceptional individual who has –
- Experience within a similar IT Support role within a large business.
- A degree or equivalent within a relevant field.
- A strong IT Technical background.
- An enthusiastic approach and is able to prioritise their day effectively.
- A strong understanding and technical skills within MS Technologies.
- IT service desk software experience.
The IT Support Analyst will –
- Offer help desk and technical support to end users.
- Analyse and make suggestions to improve the Regional IT Infrastructure and systems.
- Frequently travel between UK sites and some sites within Europe.
- Offer remote and on-site hardware and software diagnoses and resolutions.
