Operations Assistant

Proactive Personnel is working with a well-established client who are looking to offer an amazing opportunity to an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Representative to join the team as an Operations Assistant. This is a long-term temporary role.

The Job Role (Operations Assistant):

·General administration duties.

·Customer service via telephone or email

·Working as part of the same-day team, making sure people are receiving orders in time.

·Speaking with customers and drivers in regard to deliveries.

Experience Requirements (Operations Assistant)

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of Administration or Customer Service.

·Previous customer service skills and experience.

·Good knowledge of using Microsoft Applications.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday working rotating shifts of:

Week 1 – 8am till 4:30 pm.

Week 2 – 9am till 5:30 pm.

This is a long term temporary, working through the agency with potential permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
