Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + Bonuses

Hours Location: Heathrow

Hours: Mon-Fri: 08.30-17.30 and Sat on a rota

The Role

• Dealing with parts enquiries
• Providing customers with high quality service
• Liaising with service, parts and clients
• Administrative duties
• Building rapport and strong relationships
• Using computer systems

The Successful Individual

• Experience in light commercial vehicles or a solid background in parts advising
• Will have experience in being a Parts Advisor.
• Confident using computer systems
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to ask diagnostic questions
