Production Operative

• Hours – 12 hour shifts days and nights. 6am – 6pm & 6pm – 6am

As a Production Operator your role will involve:

• Working in a fast-paced production environment
• Machine operating
• Perform weekly maintenance inspections
• Basic machine maintenance
• Quality checking products
• Recording data on MS Excel and in house computer system
• Developing tools – SOP’s, fault trees, remedies etc
• Cleaning equipment and machines
• Escalating quality issues
• Updating paperwork

What you will need to succeed.

• Previous manufacturing / production / machine operating experience in a fast-paced environment is ESSENTIAL, however full training and ongoing support will be given
• FMCG / Food / Automotive experience is essential
• You must be happy working to targets
• You MUST be able to do 12 hour shifts days and nights
• You will enjoy working in a diverse and evolving environment
• You must be committed to the role and company
• Basic maintenance experience would be advantageous
