You’ll be:
- Chasing suppliers and deliveries, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Resolving customer queries, via phone and email.
- Adhoc administration duties to support the team.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A proven admin/ customer service background.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- You will have a confident telephone manner.
- You should be able to multi-task and prioritise your work accordingly.
