The successful candidate will provide first class service to customers, contributing to an exceptional experience from enquiry through to after care. Supporting the business in every way including providing efficient and courteous reception and telephone services to both internal and external customers which project a good image of the company.

  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Helping with forward planning and projects
  • Paperwork and filing
  • Helping with Stock management
  • Packaging & posting orders
  • Checking orders
  • Any other receptionist /PA duties required as the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are presentable at all times engaging in positive communication with the team and customers.

What you’ll need

  • Acting as a professional at all times and delivering consistently exceptional service to all.
  • You are also required to be friendly, courteous and professional at all times and must remain calm during hectic periods.
  • Experience essential and knowledge about Indian clothing is a must.
  • Full training will be given.

Hours: Tues-Thurs,

Saturday – 13:00-18:00

Sunday – 13:00-17:00

Salary: 9.50/hour
