A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Receptionist /Administrator to work for a Charity located in West Bromwich. This is an immediate requirement, working on a busy Reception. This is a part time, temporary ongoing position working a 24.5 hour a week contract Monday to Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm.
The Job Role:
- To provide a professional frontline reception service to all visitors.
- Greet visitors/clients/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
- Monitor visitors’ access
- To answer and direct all calls and queries quickly and effectively
- To carry out postal duties, efficiently collecting and distributing internal and external mail
- Providing Administration duties as and when required including franking, data entry, filing and scanning
Experience/ Requirements:
- High level of interpersonal skills and good professional presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal
- Able to interact with clients and staff in a positive and courteous manner
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload in fast paced environment
- Sound IT knowledge with experience of MS Word and Excel
