Receptionist/ Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Receptionist /Administrator to work for a Charity located in West Bromwich. This is an immediate requirement, working on a busy Reception. This is a part time, temporary ongoing position working a 24.5 hour a week contract Monday to Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm.

The Job Role:

  • To provide a professional frontline reception service to all visitors.
  • Greet visitors/clients/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
  • Monitor visitors’ access
  • To answer and direct all calls and queries quickly and effectively
  • To carry out postal duties, efficiently collecting and distributing internal and external mail
  • Providing Administration duties as and when required including franking, data entry, filing and scanning

Experience/ Requirements:

  • High level of interpersonal skills and good professional presentation
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal
  • Able to interact with clients and staff in a positive and courteous manner
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload in fast paced environment
  • Sound IT knowledge with experience of MS Word and Excel
