Your new role:
- Answer any incoming calls
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Dispatching orders and arranging delivery with customers
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Sales Administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
