Your new role:
- Answering incoming calls.
- Creating and send quotes to customers.
- Following up quotes.
- Processing orders.
- Dealing with queries and complaints.
- Advising on delivery information and queries.
- Account management of key accounts.
- Managing stock and forecasts.
- Visitor hospitality.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Sales Administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
