Position: Sales Representative
Location: Golborne
Salary: £21,875 + Monthly bonus of £250
Job type: Permanent (Hybrid)
Hours: 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00
Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for multiple Internal Sales Representatives for our client based in Golborne, Warrington.
Our client are market leaders within their manufacturing field and due to internal promotion, they are currently recruiting for multiple people to join their team on a Permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer orders and answering incoming calls
- providing all aspects of customer service
- Dealing with order queries
- Providing Technical support
- Providing updates with deliveries
- Liaising with other departments to support the customers
- Upselling and switch selling wherever possible
- Account management
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Sales environment
- Customer service approach and experience
- Customer accounts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload, and to work within given deadlines
