Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an administrator to work for our client based out of Wigan as a Service Coordinator.
Our client are leading Manufacturers within their space and provide services across the UK.
As a Service Coordinator for our client you will:
- Logging new calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module.
- Daily planning and allocation of service technicians.
- Housekeeping of SAP database, sites, equipment etc.
- Creating sales orders and booking out parts required.
- Invoicing completed works.
- Dealing with returned stock from technicians.
- Assisting with invoice queries/credit note request forms.
- Creating quotes for new works/repairs.
- Liaising with other departments where required.
- General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department.
A successful candidate will have:
- Strong communicator
- Ability to organise
- Good use of IT skills
- Team player

£21,216 will be basic salary plus annual bonus and commission pay
