Telesales Agent

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for telesales agents to work within a successful sales environment.

As a sales executive/sales agent you will be responsible for delivering outbound calls to an existing database through leads and enquiries.

Immediate starts are available and the right telesales agent would have some experience in an outbound sales or telesales role.

It would be advantageous to have the ability to think on your feet and to be able to converse effectively with clients from multiple different industry sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES – TELESALES AGENT

  • Outbound calling to customers.
  • High volume sales calls to a wide variety of different clients.
  • Using a bespoke database to contact clients to sell services to.
  • General administration & compliance as required.

DESIRED SKILLS – SALES AGENT

  • Excellent communication skills – being able to speak to clients from all walks of life.
  • Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • The ability to working under pressure within a busy environment.
