Welder Fabricator

This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing manufacturing company in Telford. The position is ideal for a hardworking Framework Welder Fabricator who is looking to expand their existing knowledge and skills within a manufacturing environment.

Outline of a Welder Fabricator;

  • To work as part of a dedicated team to manufacture framework equipment for investment casting systems using detailed drawings

Duties & Responsibilities of a Welder Fabricator;

  • Proven experience and competence with MIG welding process
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Ability to confidently weld 40, 60 and 80mm mild steel box section
  • Minimal finishing required
  • Some saw and pedestal drill work may be required

Skills & Experience of a Welder Fabricator;

  • Proven and demonstrated welding capabilities (weld test at interview)
  • Use of basic hand tools and small power tools
  • Have a sound knowledge of manufacturing processes

Qualifications for a Welder Fabricator;

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • FLT licence advantageous
