Your New Job in Recruitment with Proactive

No two days are the same as a Recruiter at Proactive Personnel. You’ll be a natural people person with a flair for outbound sales and relationship management. You’ll be working in a busy office environment as part of a dedicated team in one of our branch offices, generating new business and recruiting people across the region aligned with your core sector.

We encourage our people to think differently and build on their potential. So we’ll give you the opportunity to join an existing recruitment desk, or build your own vertical market desk. Using our dedicated in-house and external sourcing tools, you’ll find and interview candidates, and work with them until they’re successfully placed in a new role.

You’ll have regular reviews and branch support from your Branch Manager, Regional Director and other experienced recruiters. You’ll also work to realistic targets for which you’ll be very well rewarded when you smash them (which we’ll help you do!)
