Outline:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join an international company. The role offers progression and support from day one with a detailed training programme. The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service contact  environment, and they must have experience in handling complaints and dealing with difficult customers. Candidates must have a passion for customer service and be happy to go the extra mile to resolve any customer issues.
