We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator who has excellent knowledge of social media and website design. As a valued member of a close knit team, this is an ideal opportunity to fully utilise your creative and social media skills.

The Job Role:
- Updating social media pages (Facebook/Twitter)
- Updating the website with latest special offers
- Must have extensive IT knowledge
- Marketing new products online
- Speaking to customers over the phone
- Organising events in the UK and Europe
- Using Sage
- Processing orders
- 50% of this role is marketing and social media and the other 50% is administration and customer focused
Experience / Requirements:
- Must be able to use all social media platforms
- Use of Sage is preferred
- Must be comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone
- Must be confident to learn in-house systems for order tracking and processing
- Must be confident in all areas of administration
