My Client, a well established manufacturing company is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The position is on a full time basis and is well varied and fast paced. A rewarding salary is offered
The Job Role:
- Responsible for processing of all orders to the Customers’ requirements including
- Order/Delivery deadlines.
- Provide accurate pricing
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions up to date
- Liaise with internal and external Carriers
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Experience / Requirements:
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work under pressure.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Previous experience in Customer Services and Sales.
