My Client, an innovative accountancy practice is looking for a Payroll & Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temp to perm basis. The Successful Candidate will initially be on a temporary basis for the first 12 weeks as a probationary period, then taken on permanently.

Processing both manual and automated batch payments on behalf of clients in the most efficient and accurate way using bespoke software.
Inputting invoice and payment details onto a bespoke database system.
Managing and processing payment information from multiple sources using Excel spreadsheets.
Raising and sending invoices and pay advice documents on behalf of clients.
Investigating and responding to payroll and invoicing queries from other team members, and on occasion clients, in a timely and efficient manner.
Keeping up-to-date records, including filing, in order to provide colleagues,customers and clients with accurate information.
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team working skills are essential.
Some knowledge of payroll processes is desirable but not essential
High attention to detail is essential
An understanding of good practice in customer service and call handling
