Our extremely busy client based in Lutterworth are looking for a Social Media Adminsitrstor to join their team!
The working hours are 8am-7pm (Mon -Fri) and 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday (ONLY 1 in 3 weekends).
The Job Role:
- Handling customer complaints or queries and creating resolutions that meet customer and business needs via social media including Facebook, Twitter and Trustpilot
- Escalating any complex issues when appropriate to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and the business
- Constantly searching for opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Capitalising on opportunities to drive high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Meeting individual and departmental targets
- Sharing best practice with the business
Experience / Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident with grammar, spelling and punctuation
- A person who is motivated to deliver the highest levels of customer service and is passionate about the brand
- A person who is caring and understanding of our customers' needs
- Someone who is an ambassador for the company in regards to its customers
- A person who loves teamwork and can drive good change
- Someone who has a natural flair and passion for social media
- Able to work on more than one digital platform at a time and to adapt their tone of voice depending on what platform is being used
- The ability to work to given deadlines and KPIs
- Experience on social media within a business is essential
