My Client is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Northwich on an ongoing temporary basis due to a busy period. This position is for an immediate start and is looking to run for 6 weeks at a minimum.
You will be working within the Payroll department liaising with Clients and Customers over the phone.
Rewarding hourly rate, parking on site and an early dart on a Friday.
Taking inbound calls from Customers.
Handling general queries.
Keeping the in-house system up to date with all correspondence.
Passing on queries to the correct member of staff.
Confident telephone manner.
Strong Administration Skills.
Ability to work in a busy, pressured environment.
Good organisational skills.
