My Client, a well established and modern manufacturing and installation company is recruiting for an Administrator with Accounts experience to join their dynamic team based in their rural head office in Saighton.
Accounts experience isn’t necessarily required, however a willingness to learn and develop within the position is definitely essential.
The position is on a full time basis and is well varied and fast paced. The position will initially be on a 12 week temporary basis as a probationary period and will then be made permanent for the right Candidate.
Working along side the accounts team, using systems such as Sage and Excel on a regular basis.
Raising and Entering Invoices.
Resolving queries by email and phone
Generating payments, filing and credit control.
General administration and customer service.
The successful Candidate must be motivated and keen to learn as additional training will be provided.
You must be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work well off own initiative.
Driving licence and own car is a must as there are no public transport routes to office.
