The Job Role:
- Generating revenue and selling opportunities through outbound sales calls
- Managing and converting inbound leads
- Pushing to meet and exceed agreed KPI and sales targets
- Delivering high quality calls and written communications with customers
- Striving to maintain an in depth understanding of all products and services
- Accurately recording all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
- Displaying effective time management to prioritise activities and maximise productivity
- Working collaboratively across all business areas to help foster a supportive team culture
- Actively contributing to a positive working environment, demonstrating the company core values and behaviours
- Contributing and committing to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations
