My Client is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Northwich on an ongoing temporary basis due to a busy period. This position is for an immediate start and is looking to run for 6 week minimum.
You will be using the system Sage, so experience on this would be highly beneficial but not essential.
Rewarding hourly rate, parking on site and an early dart on a Friday.
Using the Sage System
Understand the payroll deadlines & requirements
Assist in processing the payroll, including the month end process.
Quality assurance and checking of own and colleagues payrolls
Assistance with payroll discrepancies
To update payroll records as appropriate
Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing and faxing
Responsible for running weekly payrolls of a large number of employees
Previous payroll experience essential
Sage Experience is essential
Good Organisational Skills
