My Client, a well established Manufacturing company based in Mold is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a full time basis. This position will be Temp-Perm (12 weeks on a timesheet, then to be taken on permanently).
This is a standalone HR position so requires a confident HR Candidate with experience. This is a fantastic opportunity with good progression routes.
Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm
Processing weekly payroll
Keeping HR records up to date and accurate
Coordinating training for employees
Holding Disciplinary meetings
Holiday and Absence management
Good knowledge of payroll
Good knowledge of pensions
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
