My Client, a non profit organisation based in central Northwich are currently looking for a number of Finance Administrators to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis running for up to 12 weeks.
This is a full time position working Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm. It offers a rewarding hourly pay rate, free parking on site and great experience working within a financial environment.
This position is for an immediate start with the view to commence on Monday 30th July 2018.
Liaising with Customer that has a managed account with the client.
Paying out invoices
Preparing reports – collection, collation and presentation of data.
Preparing paperwork for audit.
Handling and writing cheques.
Ensuring that all important paperwork including timesheets and bank statements are kept in an orderly fashion.
Keeping up-to-date account record sheets.
Some experience working with accounts/finance would be beneficial.
Experience doing reconciliations and working with invoices is desirable but not essential
Strong administration and customer service skills
Good organisational skills
