My Client, a well established training provider based in Deeside is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part time basis. This is a vital position for the office and is well varied and busy.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 12:30pm-16:30pm (20 hours per week). The position is on a temp-perm basis meaning that the successful Candidate will be on a timesheet for the first 12 weeks before being taken on permanently. A high level of organisation.
Exceptional communication skills, previous customer service experience of working within a telephony environment is desirable.
Proficient with PC skills, word, excel, access etc
Capable of gathering, organising and managing information.
Previous office/ administration experience is desirable.
