My Client, a well established furniture manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port is currently looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a full time, temp-perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen and motivated candidate who is interested in perusing a career within administration with a strong possibility of progression within this well known manufacturing company. All training will be provided.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm.
The Job Role:
- Answer incoming sales calls.
- Enter sales orders onto internal system.
- Send purchase orders to suppliers.
- Create product codes.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Assist with keeping delivery schedule up to date.
- Produce quotations for day to day enquiries.
Experience / Requirements:
- Computer Confident
- Strong Customer Service skills - professional and polite manner both over the phone and in person
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Strong organisational skills
