Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator Supervisor for our industry leading client in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch area.
Providing general admin support and ensuring all paperwork/electronic processes associated with the job are completely accurately and on time.
General duties and responsibilities include;
Supervising the other Accounts Administrator
Produce weekly report's detailing all costs, revenue and subsequent profit/loss, for up to 6 cost centres
Raising purchase orders
Purchase Ledger / Invoicing discrepancy investigating
Keeping agency worker's hours up to date and reported
KPI reporting data capture and data input
Reporting to senior management
Manage the distribution of keyfuels cards and site access fobs
The chosen candidate will have good PC literacy and the ability to learn and use numerous computer software programs, good knowledge of excel is a minimum.
Along with this, must be able to prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision.
