Are you a hardworking, dedicated and experienced Administrator seeking a part time role? Do you enjoy working within a busy environment with varied duties? Hours of work are 9:30am – 3:00pm with Friday’s off, paying £8.00 per hour; this is a temporary position to cover maternity leave. Please click apply for more information!
The Job Role:
- This is an all-round administration role.
- Answering incoming calls into the business.
- Loading sales orders.
- Invoicing customers.
- Loading orders on to the system.
- Arranging collections of orders.
- Adhoc duties as and when required.
Experience / Requirements:
- Previous administration experience is ESSENTIAL.
- You will be a team player, extremely organised and able to work in a busy environment.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- You will have excellent PC Skills.
- You will have a good sense of humour and be able to work flexibly.
- An hourly rate of £8.00 per hour.
- This is a temporary role to cover maternity until January.
- Hours of work are Monday – Thursday – 9:30am – 3pm. NO FRIDAYS.
