Our Client, a well established market leader within distribution services is looking for a Candidate to join their Traffic Office team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a well varied position working within a busy transport office.
The ideal Candidate will be able to interview and commence employment immediately. This is a part time position working Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm (20 hours per week).
Transport experience is desirable but not essential.
The Job Role:
- Prepping drivers for dispatch, organising paperwork and keys
- All general transport administration duties
- Updating and Inputting information on the database accurately
- Handling inbound calls from drivers & customers
- Entering delivery notes on to the in-house system
Experience / Requirements:
- Must have excellent office administration skills and experience
- Confident and able to work on own initiative
- Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Ability to prioritise and judge situations
- Previous Transport Administration / Transport experience is desirable
