The Job Role:
- Being the face of the company and the initial customer contact
- Building relationships with key customers
- Processing orders for customers
- Chasing and providing proof of deliveries
- Chasing up works orders with the factory
- Keeping customers updated on the progress their orders
- Handling and resolving complaints
- Dealing with general enquiries
