Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Cannock. We are currently recruiting the role of Sales Administrator to join a friendly existing team. Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.
The Job Role:
- Producing quotes for special order requirements then turning accepted quotes into actual orders.
- Keeping customers up to date of out of stock items and expected delivery dates.
- Helping customers with any queries that they have.
- Organising return of any goods requested by the customers.
- Producing Credit Notes where necessary.
- Assisting accounts with any queries on customer invoices.
- Answering the telephone when required and directing calls as necessary.
- Entering and storing prices onto customer’s accounts.
- General office duties.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Directing calls to the right member of staff.
- Going to the Bank once a week to take company banking.
- Entering orders on the system.
- Chasing orders.
- Creating quotes.
- Dealing with credits and returns.
Experience / Requirements:
- SAP experience would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Be able to work in a very busy office as this is a fast past job.
- Attention to detail.
- Someone who is looking for a long term career.
