We have a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to progress within a sales role! We are currently recruiting for a strong willed, enthusiastic, energetic and passionate candidate who has a great telephone manner and a natural flare for sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for talented individuals who are passionate about sales with a rapidly expanding business. Previous experience in sales within a call centre is preferred. Working within a fast paced office environment, you will be fully competent in carrying out data input and administrative tasks to enable you to provide an efficient service and deal with all aspects of daily administrative support.
Hours are as followed - 9:00am - 5:30pm or 12:00pm - 8:30pm shift rota (1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm).
Contacting new and existing customers and/or 3rd party customers to sell PPI reclaims and/or lead generation products
Ensuring daily targets are achieved and exceeded
Ensuring quality of packs sent are all with SLA's of department
Providing support to other team members when needed and proactively contributing to achieving team targets
Controlling emotions and responding to information and requests in a professional, non-confrontational/aggressive manner
Ensuring processes, policies and procedures are adhered to maximising opportunities
Making suggestions where appropriate to improve processes, ensuring that they remain cost effective and at the same time maximise customer satisfaction
Ensuring product and services offered to customers are adequately explained ensuring the customers understanding
Ensuring customers are contacted regularly to confirm postal packs have been received and to ascertain if the customer has any further queries or questions in order to increase pack return rate
Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers in order to enhance the reputation of the Company brand, minimising the number of cancellations
The candidate must have:
Experience of achieving monthly targets, both team and individual
Experience of achieving sales call standards
Accurate data entry
Knowledge of telemarketing processes preferred but not essential
A proven sales record to set, satisfy and exceed departmental targets
Strong IT skills – minimum Microsoft Office
Strong telephone skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written)
The ability to relate to others and build effective working relationships
