We are currently recruiting for a number of call handlers for our client based just outside of Derby city centre.
You will be based in the customer service department and be responsible for handling incoming calls. You will be taking details over the phone, raising files on the in house system and distributing calls throughout the business.
This is a temporary ongoing role with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for successful candidates.
Experience in a previous role would be desirable but is not essential.
Hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday with 30 minutes lunch break
