General Operative

The Job Role:

• General labouring.
• Using overhead cranes.
• Stacking and Packing.

Experience / Requirements:

• You MUST be hands-on, not afraid of hard-working and happy working in a dirty environment. 
• This role is labour intensive therefore you must be physically fit.
• An FLT license would be advantageous.
• You will be committed and seeking a long term career opportunity.
• You must be happy working on a 3 shift rotation – flexibility is key.

The Package:

• A starting hourly rate of £8.75ph.
• Weekly shift allowance whilst on nights.
• Weekly bonus available to all staff.
• Lots of overtime available.
• An increase in hourly rate after 12 weeks.
• A permanent position after 12 weeks.
• Hours – 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6
• Full training provided.
