We are currently recruiting for the role of Administrator to join an existing and growing team in a manufacturing environment. The Job Role:
- General administration duties such as scanning, filing and data entry.
- Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages.
- Directing calls to the correct member of staff / department.
- Placing purchase orders
- Collating orders with delivery notes and confirmations
- Scheduling orders
- Scheduling delivery runs
- Issuing production paperwork
- Assist with customer service and customer complaints.
Experience / Requirements:
- Administration experience
- Order processing experience
- Attention to detail skills
- Customer service experience
