The Job Role:
- Taking a high volume of incoming calls from customers.
- Diary management for engineers.
- Updating the Customer CRM System
- Ordering parts for Engineers
- Administration duties
- 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Experience / Requirements:
- A proven background is Customer Service is ESSENTIAL.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative
- Must have excellent PC skills and attention to detail
- Be able to multi task and work to strict deadlines.
- Own transport is preferred
